Mobile Familie e.V. ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein und wurde 1995 gegründet. Als Fachberatungsstelle für qualifizierte Kindertagespflege, haben wir uns zu einem essentiellen Bestandteil in der Kinderbetreuung in Ingolstadt sowie im Landkreis Neuburg-Schrobenhausen entwickelt.
Wir sind Ansprechpartner für Fachkräfte sowie Eltern und somit die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Fragen rund um eine Betreuung in der Kindertagespflege. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Amt für Kinderbetreuung und vorschulischer Bildung Ingolstadt sowie dem Kreisjugendamt Neuburg- Schrobenhausen, organisieren wir die qualifizierte Kindertagespflege in beiden Regionen.
Zusätzlich zur qualifizierten Kindertagespflege, bieten wir weitere vielfältige Betreuungsangebote an, die sich an den speziellen Bedürfnissen von Familien orientieren. Von der Kinderbetreuung im Privathaushalt bis zum Kinderbetreuungsnotdienst (Kibeno), ist es unser Ziel, allen Familien in jeder Lebenslage eine passende Lösung anzubieten.
Leitlinien und Schwerpunkte
- Wir beraten, informieren und unterstützen Familien, die eine Betreuungslösung für ihr Kind suchen, Eltern oder Ehepartner, die Lösungen im Spannungsfeld Familie und Beruf brauchen. Wir besprechen die Familiensituation, erarbeiten gemeinsam mögliche Lösungen und unterstützen bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Betreuungsperson.
- Wir sind Initiatoren des Qualifizierungskurses für Fachkräfte für Kindertagespflege und Organisatoren pädagogischer Fortbildungen für unsere Betreuerinnen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum späteren Einstieg sind alle Fachkräfte bei uns angebunden. Die stetige Vergrößerung unseres Betreuer/-innen-Pools sowie deren qualitativ hochwertige Begleitung und Förderung bilden den Kern unserer Tätigkeit. Als eine der ersten Fachberatungsstellen im Bereich qualifizierter Kindertagespflege, verfügen wir über einen großen Erfahrungsschatz sowie ein ausgedehntes Netzwerk.
- Wir beraten Unternehmen, die die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf in ihrem Unternehmen in die Tat umsetzen möchten. Mobile Familie e.V. übernimmt von der Planung bis zur Durchführung alle wichtigen Prozesse zur Verwirklichung einer betriebseigenen Kinderbetreuung in Form einer Großtagespflegestelle (GTP). Regelmäßige Absprachen sowie eine enge Zusammenarbeit garantieren die Umsetzung der betriebseigenen Vorstellungen.
