Die katholische Kirchenstiftung St. Martin mit ihrer Kirchenverwaltung ist Betriebsträger des kath. Kindergartens St. Elisabeth.
Unserer Orientierung am Evangelium, das ein Leben in Fülle für alle Menschen will, ist in unserer Einrichtung Ausgangspunkt dafür jedes Kind als eigenständige Persönlichkeit anzunehmen und es in seinen Grundvertrauen zu sich selbst zu stärken, zu unterstützen und zu fördern.

Wir ein fachlich kompetentes uns motiviertes Team sehen uns als Weg- und Entwicklungsbegleiter der Kinder, deren Erkundungs- und Forschungsdrang, ihren Lerneifer es zu unterstützen gilt.
Wir sehen das Kind als eine kompetente Persönlichkeit, das seine Bildung von Geburt an aktiv mitgestaltet.
- Das Wohl des Kindes steht für uns im Vordergrund.
- Wir sind offen für alle Kinder - unabhängig ihrer unterschiedlichen Vorraussetzungen wie z.B. Temperament,Geschlecht,Herkunft, Lern-und Entwicklungstempo.

- Wir setzen u.a. durch Projektarbeit an den Bedürfnissen und interessen der Kinder an, damit sie Fähigkeiten erwerben die sie möglichst selbstbestimmt und kompetent denken und handeln lassen.
Ebenfalls einen hohen Stellenwert räumen wir der Gesundheits- und Bewegungserziehung ein, denn in einem bewegten Körper wohnt ein bewegter Gheist.
