Herzlich willkommen
Träger unserer Kindertagesstätte ist die evangelisch-lutherische Kirchengemeinde Friedrichshofen.
In unserer Einrichtung werden 3 Kindergartengruppen (3-6 Jahre) und eine Hortgruppe (1.-4. Schulklasse) betreut. Bei Bedarf bieten wir Integrationsplätze an, für Kinder, die geistig, körperlich oder seelisch beeinträchtigt sind.
Die Thomas-Kita ist ein Ort der Gemeinschaft, in der Kinder sich wohlfühlen können. Unsere Räumlichkeiten ermöglichen ausreichend Platz für Spiel- und Lernerfahrungen.
Ein großzügiger Obstgarten erstreckt sich um die gesamte Einrichtung.
Leitlinien und Schwerpunkte
- Ein pädagogischer Schwerpunkt unserer Einrichtung ist die Montessori Pädagogik. Ein Grundgedanke ist, alle Kinder gleichermaßen in die Gemeinschaft einzubinden, unabhängig ihrer Herkunft, Religion, ihres Geschlechts oder ihres Entwicklungsstandes. Der Erzieher gibt dem Kind Raum für freie Entscheidungen und hilft ihm so, selbständig zu denken, zu handeln und seinen eigenen Willen zu entwickeln.
- Die inklusive Pädagogik ist ein weiterer Schwerpunkt unserer Konzeption. Unterschiedliche Kulturen, Mehrsprachigkeit und Diversität werden geachtet und gefördert. Der respektvolle Umgang und die Wertschätzung gegenüber Einstellungen, Lebensformen und Fähigkeiten von Kindern gehören zum Selbstverständnis unserer christlichen Einrichtung. Die aufgeschlossene Haltung des pädagogischen Teams trägt zu gutem Gelingen bei. In Kinderkonferenzen können alle Kinder ihre Meinungen, Interessen und Wünsche, in allen Belangen ihres Lebens, in den Alltag der Kita mit einbringen und partizipieren.
